Processing Time – If you have purchased an item (or items) that has already been made, expect up to a week before your order ships. For made to order purchases the processing time will change depending on the piece, anywhere from a week to three weeks for larger quantities. If you need an order sooner, we may be able to accommodate. Contact us if you have any questions about this.

Ready to ship items: up to seven days

Made to order items: varies, 7-21 days

Customs & Import Taxes – all customers are liable for any import or customs taxes at their end

Shipping – Most orders ship via UPS Ground; please inquire about international rates. In case of damage during shipping, contact us immediately so we can submit a claim, and either replace the item or issue a refund. In an attempt to reduce waste, we use recycled and reclaimed packing materials as much as possible.
